Warning: To avoid potential eye injury and cuts and burns to your body, read and follow the enclosed safety precaution insert before using your Flexi Leash. Always use the enclosed safety loop in addition to your pet's collar. If your pet's collar breaks, the safety loop will stay attached to your pet. This will prevent the leash from retracting unexpectedly and the hook from possibly hitting you in the eye.
The Flexi Retractable Leash (including all parts) is warranted by Flexi Bogdahn International GmbH & Co. KG, for a period of one year from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and will expire upon any transfer of the leash. In the event of a defect, either return the leash to the place of purchase or send it with receipt of purchase to Flexi USA, Inc., 147 Circle Freeway Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246. The leash will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option with no charge for parts, labor, or return postage. In the unlikely event of a leash still not operating correctly after a repair or replacement, the customer is entitled, after a mutually agreed period, to a discount or refund. This warranty will not apply to broken, damaged, or frayed cords caused by dog chewing, rough surfaces, or other misuse.
