This Deluxe Pet Residence features furniture grade construction in a classic design utilizing a solid wood frame construction and Rhino Wicker inset panels. The unique 5-Way Door opens in or out, from either the left or right side, or removes altogether for the ultimate come and go pet den. Includes padded feet combined with an elevated base design that protects all flooring types and promotes better ventilation, thus reducing molds, mildews and odors. Additionally, the double tough ABS pan is easily removed for those little accidents.
