This super stylish leather collar with matching rhinestones is designed with your cat's safety in mind. Our elastic safety band will stretch allowing your cat to slip through the collar should he become entangled in bushes, fences, trees, etc. In addition we've included a metal buckle and d-ring to secure an ID tag. This collar is not designed to be used with a leash.
