PH Stabilizer products sold separately.
After verifying current pH level, use pH Increase to raise pH to desired number. Add 4 drops per gallon of aquarium water.
Wait 15 minutes and test the water to verify the results. Add another dose as needed. Continue to gradually dose the aquarium until desired pH level is reached.
Some fish are sensitive to pH changes so adjustments may need to be limited to no more than 0.2 pH at a time in any 24 hour period.
The pH of an aquarium can fluctuate up and down due to biological and/or chemical activity within the aquarium. Often the pH of a new system tends to measure at a higher pH value (above 7.0) and frequently drops (below 7.0) as the system ages.
