Warmer heats to a maximum of 102 degrees to prevent over heating or panting from your pet. Plus, our warmer can provide special relief for older pets with aching joints. We uniquely combine a padded layer, controlled therapeutic heat and the Pro-Flex™ safety layer, which prevents bunching and adds extra comfort within your pet's bed. Pet bed or cushion must be at least 14.5" X 10.5" or larger to use this product.The surface temperature will not feel as warm as a human heating pad. Our warmer uses controlled insulated heat designed at a safe temperature for long periods of continuous use. We recommend always using the warmer within a pet bed. The exterior temperature will vary depending on the thickness of your pet's bed.
Insert the warmer into a pet bed or cushion that has a removable cover or pad. Place with side marked THIS SIDE UP facing upward as it is inserted under or into the best opening of your pet bed. Securely close the cover around the cord or arrange the cord to safely exit the pet bed or cushion. Plug the warmer's quick power connector to the AC adapter connection. Properly plug the AC adapter into a standard polarized wall outlet and position the cord out of the path of foot traffic.
If using the warmer within a crate or kennel, allow sufficient space for your pet to be able to move off of the heating unit. Periodically remove your pet from the heating unit if your pet is unable to remove himself due to physical limitations. Never confine your pet onto the pet bed warmer.
