Find areas where cats left their markings, mess or cat spray. Remove any visual mess. Pour a good amount of Dumb Cat directly over the spot or spray heavily soiled area. Allow to remain 2 hours or longer. Clean any residue with clean wet towel or paper wipe. For markings & urine mess, reapply enough liquid to reach the urine, and do not wipe up. Allow to air dry. Dumb Cat contains no acids, caustics, or solvents; it is composed of specially-bred enzyme/bacterial cultures that actually attack and break down the protein molecules of cat spray, urine, vomit, hair balls and feces. Use a backlight over carpeted areas to find urine or spray from missed accidents. Treat area with dumb cat, repeat if necessary. For old cat accidents use dumb cat to remove old pet urine markings. Do a sniff test, placing your nose directly over carpet to find affected areas. Lift carpet if possible to use product directly under carpet. Allow 7-10 days inside carpet before reapplying to allow dried urine crystals or cat spray to break down into a non-organic state. Do not use other cleaners while using dumb cat.
