Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the "Review and Submit Your Order" page, prior to placing your order.
Estimated Shipping will be displayed in the cart, based on standard ground shipping. Final shipping charges will be displayed on the review page, based on shipping method selected during checkout.

While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not applicable to some items being shipped by a third party. If additional delivery time is required, it will be noted on the product detail page and at Checkout. Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. Items shipped directly by a third party are not available for delivery to a P.O./APO/FPO Box, U.S. Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. Bottomless Bowl & More orders cannot be expedited.
If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

Important- Prior to any panel purchase, you must determine height of your sliding glass door frame opening. Measure from the highest point in upper track to lowest point in lower track.Deluxe Series (2 door opening height sizes available): Installs in frame openings ranging in height from 77 3/4" to 82". and 93" - 96" be sure to purchase the proper height for your door opening. Deluxe panels include a locking cover to restrict your pet' use both inside and out.
Installation requires the following tools: drill, 1/8" and 7/32" drill bits, and Phillips and flathead screwdrivers.
Rise refers to distance between floor and bottom of door opening.
A higher rise minimizes pet' need to bend down in order to pass through pet opening; preferable for tall, long legged breeds, older dogs, and dogs with arthritic problems.
Small: Dogs up to 7 lbs. and 11" high at the shoulders, 5" x 7" pet door opening with a 2" rise.
Medium: Dogs up to 40 lbs. and 18" high at the shoulders. 8" x 11" pet door opening with a 3" rise.
Large: Dogs up to 80 lbs. and 22" high at the shoulders. 10" x 15" pet door opening with a 5" rise.
Large Tall: Dogs up to 130 lbs. and 30" high at the shoulders. 10" x 15" pet door opening with a 9" rise.
