PetSafe Electronic SmartDoor is the perfect addition to the smart house. Unique and innovative, the Electronic SmartDoor is operated by the lightweight SmartKey worn as an everyday tag on your pet's collar. The SmartKey communicates with the SmartDoor through a radio frequency and unlocks the door as the pet approaches and relocks automatically as the pet enters or exits. The SmartKey works like a garage door opener, so as long as your pet is in the range you've selected, the door will unlock. Designed for the pet's safety and convenience, the door has three levels of security; automatic, always unlocked, always locked and is battery powered, freeing the home of unwanted, hazardous cords. There are 250 different door codes, ensuring your door's individuality from neighboring doors. Our SmartDoor features a plexiglass flap with locks in both directions and an energy efficient, weather-resistant seal and insulated flap. System includes one SmartKey and can identify up to 5 SmartKeys, sold separately. Requires 4 D Cell batteries, not included.

The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

All parts, excluding vinyl flaps, are covered under warranty, and labor is covered for the first year of ownership. Thereafter, there is a minimum service charge for the repair or replacement of the product. Vinyl flaps are warranted for one (1) year. Misuse, loss, improper handling, commercial use, and dirty or worn parts are not covered. Radio Systems will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages.
