With the PetSafe GPS Locator, state-of-the-art wireless technology provides around-the-clock protection for your pet. Using a GPS-enabled collar, you can access the power of satellite tracking to quickly and easily locate your adventure-seeking friend. Our state-of-the-art technology uses assisted global positioning system (AGPS) tracking to pinpoint your dog's location, day and night. Our 24-hour customer care center will help you to bring your pet home.How it works:
- Program a Home Zone area for your dog. If he roams outside of the Home Zone, the PetSafe GPS Locator identifies the event as an escape or boundary violation, and notifies you via phone, email or text message.
- The PetSafe GPS Locator shifts into Locate Mode, continually monitoring your dog's location and providing GPS coordinates to your personal PetSafe GPS Locator website.
- Once alerted, either use the website or contact a customer care specialist to help track your dog. The Customer Care Specialist can remain on the line with you until you and your dog are back together again. Remember, our GPS tracking specialists are on duty 24/7/365 days a year, providing full-time protection for your dog.
Service Plans:
After you receive your PetSafe GPS Locator collar, you will also need an annual subscription to a Service Plan which will need to be bought through PetSafe. At this time you will only be billed the cost of the product. Once you receive the product please go to www.petsafegpslocator.com to purchase your Service Plan. After purchase of the plan you may register and activate your GPS Locator online at www.petsafegpslocator.com or call the PetSafe Customer Care Center at 1-866-900-1102 (M-F 8am-8pm or Sat 9am-5pm EST). Please note it could take up to 4 hours for the location service to become active after registration.
As part of your Service Plan, you'll receive a notification alert via cell phone, text message and/or e-mail whenever your dog roams outside of the Home Zone or the battery on your GPS locatordevice runs low.
Your Service Plan includes unlimited notifications throughout the year.
Plan 1 - Annual Plan: $16.58 per month ($199.00 per year). One year automatically renewing plan billed ONE TIME on an ANNUAL basis which can be cancelled within the first 30 day trial period. After 30 days cancellation is permitted after thefulfillment of the one year plan.
Plan 2 - Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month ($239.88 per year). One year automatically renewing plan billed on a MONTHLY basis which can be cancelled within the first 30 day trial period. After 30 days cancellation is permitted after the fulfillment of the one year plan.

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. The total shipping charges will be displayed on the "Review and Submit Your Order" page, prior to placing your order.

While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not applicable to some items being shipped by a third party. If additional delivery time is required, it will be noted on the product detail page and at Checkout. Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. Items shipped directly by a third party are not available for delivery to a P.O./APO/FPO Box, U.S. Territories, Alaska or Hawaii. Bottomless Bowl & More orders cannot be expedited.
If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.
