Albino Cory
The schooling Albino Cory is also known as the Aeneus Cory Cat. Hailing from the bottom of the Amazon River, this peaceful "whiskered" fish provides great contrast in color to most other fish due to its white and pink coloration. As with all albino animals, the Albino Cory does not survive in the wild.
Albino Cory - Living Environment
Smooth substrate is a necessity due to the Cory's "whiskers," which are also known as barbels. As it is somewhat sensitive to light, please provide the Albino Cory with plenty of plants, caves, and any other hiding places possible. Does best in groups of six or more.
Loves a variety of foods ranging from flake food to herbivore foods to meaty foods. Daphnia, pelleted food, brine shrimp, and bloodworms will help the fish thrive. Include bottom feeder pellets, as the Albino Cory is a bottom dweller.
