Citrus Goby
An industry favorite, this lemon-drop like goby is commonly found on or around hard corals such as Acropora. Not to be confused with the Yellow Goby, the Citrus Goby has gorgeous blue and white lines across its body and below its dorsal fin. Although a very peaceful fish, it does not tolerate others of its kind. This bottom dweller is also a voracious carnivore, preferring live rock as part of its habitat as it will feast on the many life forms that appear on live rock such as plants, worms, crustaceans, and mollusks.
Loves a variety of mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and other meaty foods and tiny crustaceans. Requires single daily feedings if kept in a reef tank. If kept in a fish only tank without live rock, the Citrus Goby will require multiple daily feedings.
