Pet Greens Garden Pet Grass Self-Grow Kit

Grow organic greens right out of the bag! Pet Greens Garden is 100% certified organic wheatgrass seed and soil mixture in a ready-to-grow bag. Just add water and in about a week, you'll have an all-natural treat for your pet. Pet grass benefits your pets health by aiding in digestion for all animals, helps control hairballs for cats, provides calcium for reptiles and birds love to juice and prune the blades.

Directions
You can grow the greens right out of the bag or take the contents of the package and grow out of your own small pot. Directions apply to either method. Follow steps one through five over a sink or newspaper to avoid mess.

1. If growing out of the bag, turn the Pet Greens upside down making sure the package is tightly sealed. Carefully punch out about ten holes in the bottom of the package with a large nail or pen. If using your own container make sure it has drainage.
2. Turn package upright, spread open the bottom of the bag, and shake soil to the bottom.
3. Cut open using the cut line.
4. Open seed package and spread seeds over the entire surface area of the soil and push the seed about 1/4 inch into the soil.
5. Place package on saucer or in the sink and add about one cup of water until both the soil and seed is evenly moist throughout entire package.
6. Place the package in a warm shaded area for sprouting. Make sure the seeds stay moist. It is important that the seeds do not dry out. Water daily or when the product looks dry.
7. Check for growth daily. After about three days the seed will have usually sprouted.
8. As soon as you see the seeds have sprouted, place in a well-lit and ventilated area. By a sunny kitchen window is ideal.
9. Water two times a week or as needed to keep soil moist. Amount of water needed may vary depending on the time of year.
10. When Pet Greens is an inch or taller, your pet can enjoy. It will grow up to seven inches tall and can be clipped and added into your pet's food.

Small animals should only be fed small amounts.
