Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. However, your Order Status email will provide you with shipping information specific to your order if unanticipated delays occur.

Open bottom zipper on cover and remove catnip pouch. Fill with PureBliss organic catnip and zip closed. Replace pouch inside bottom compartment and re-zip. Gently squeeze to release aroma. Refresh anytime by adding fresh catnip to pouch.
Care Instructions
Remove catnip pouch. Vacuum pet hair from fabric. Surface wash using a cloth with warm water and mild soap/ Surface rinse using a cloth with warm water. Wrap in towel and gently squeeze out excess water. Air dry. Dot not iron.
Safety Information
Remove plastic tags and packaging and dispose of properly. Remove from pet if any part becomes loose or detached. As with any bedding, avoid placing near heat or flame.
