Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address or the U.S. Territories (due to carrier restrictions). You will be alerted to this at Checkout when you select your shipping method. If a single warehouse can't fill your order, it may arrive in multiple shipments at no additional shipping charge. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers.
We make every attempt to ship orders from our warehouses within 24 hours. Items shipped by a third party generally ship within the timeframes specified on the product detail pages. Directions:- Shake well.
- Before using, test surfaces to be treated for color fastness by applying to a hidden area; wipe with a cloth. If color is removed from the test area, do not use Nature's Miracle Stain & Odor Remover on those surfaces.
- Always use Stain & Odor Remover full strength. Do not dilute!
- Always use Stain & Odor remover first! Other cleaners and detergents may fail and chemically "set" stains that will then be impossible to remove.
To treat large areas, use a garden watering can. Allow everything to air dry completely before expecting complete odor elimination.
While treated areas dry, keep pets away.
For Odor Elimination:
Wipe up excess odor-causing material. Then, thoroughly soak the entire area with Nature's Miracle Stain & Odor Remover. In carpets, apply enough to reach urine penetration in the pad and floor. Depending on air circulation, carpets and upholstery may take up to two weeks to dry completely.
If after 2 weeks, there is still an odor, this means that Stain & Odor Remover did not reach all the odor-causing material (i.e. urine). Pinpoint odor source and repeat cleaning process.
Should odors persist where there are no visible stains, use Nature's Miracle Backlight (Sold separately) to reveal odor location. Repeat the proceeding instructions to treat those areas.
For Stain Removal:
Wipe up as much of stain as possible, then thoroughly soak stain with Stain & Odor Remover. Wait five minutes, then wipe away stain with a cloth. For tough stains, use a stiff bristle brush. If stain is not completely removed, re-soak area and allow Stain & Odor Remover to work for one hour, then wipe stain with a cloth.
For General Cleaning
Laundry Prewash: Saturate stained odor areas with Stain & Odor Remover at full strength, wash as usual.
Non-toxic, non-flammable, non-acidic, safe on colors, and on all water-safe surfaces.
Keep closed when not in use. Keep away from children.
