Getting to PETCO Park by Public Transportation
With PETCO Park ideally located at the hub of San Diego County's public transportation network, taking the Trolley, Coaster or bus to the ballpark area is a safe and convenient way to go.

Ride the Trolley to the Ballpark
The San Diego Trolley system is an attractive option for those traveling from the north, east or south. Five San Diego Trolley stations sit within a 15 minute walk of the park. Park and ride lots are located along all Trolley lines, providing the convenience of leaving your car behind. In fact, nearly 10,000 parking spaces are available at park and ride locations throughout the county. There are also parking spaces available at Qualcomm Stadium, with direct Trolley service to PETCO Park.

Take the Coaster Down the Coast
The Coaster is a convenient way to travel downtown from the coastal communities in San Diego's North County. The North County Transit District offers extended Coaster service on game days. From stations in Oceanside and Solana Beach, the Coaster provides a direct connection to the One America Station stop downtown. From there, the ballpark is just a 20-minute walk or short Trolley ride away.

Travel by Bus to the Game
Another option is to travel to PETCO Park by bus. San Diego Transit operates three convenient bus routes to PETCO Park - routes 4, 11 and 25. If you are traveling from South County, there are two additional bus routes providing access to PETCO Park - routes 901/902/903 and 929. All of these bus routes use the 12th & Imperial transfer station, Imperial Avenue, Park Boulevard and the Tenth Avenue/Eleventh Avenue couplet.

The drop-off location for private charter buses and the North San Diego County Transit District's Padres Express service is on the west side of 14th Street between K Street and Imperial Avenue.
