Making Changes To Your Repeat Delivery
To add items to your existing Repeat Delivery, browse to the product and select the quantity of each item you wish to add. Click the "Schedule Repeat Delivery" button.
Once logged in, you will see a list of your existing scheduled Repeat Deliveries on the right side of the Your Account page. Click the "Add To Schedule" button below the appropriate Repeat Delivery Schedule. Proceed to Checkout.
If your items are on sale at the time of your scheduled delivery, you'll automatically receive the lowest price guaranteed.
You will receive an email confirming the addition to your Repeat Delivery, to take effect with your next shipment.
Adding One-Time Items to Save on Shipping
You can also add one-time items like a carrier, collar or litter box to your next Repeat Delivery shipment to save on shipping!
To ship an item with your next Repeat Delivery order, browse to the product and Add to Cart. During Checkout, we'll ask if you'd like to ship the order now, or ship with your scheduled Repeat Delivery.
If you select the "Ship Order On This Repeat Delivery Schedule" option, we will include the item with your next scheduled shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email noting the "Single Shipment Only" items.
To remove items from your Repeat Delivery, log in to your account
and click the appropriate schedule. On the Update Repeat Delivery page, check the "Delete" box next to the items you wish to remove. Click the "Update Schedule" button to save changes.
You will receive a confirmation email noting the changes.
Changing Quantities, Delivery Dates and Intervals
Log in to your account
and click the appropriate schedule.
To change quantities, enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity" box next to the items you wish to modify. To change delivery dates and shipping intervals, modify the dropdown menus in the Account Name & Delivery Options section at the top of the page. Delivery schedules for Repeat Delivery range from one to twelve weeks, and you can also choose to have your order shipped immediately or shipped at a future date.
Click the "Update Schedule" button to save changes.
