Welcome to PETCO.com! Whether you already have a pet or are interested in adding one to your family, PETCO.com is your one-stop site for food, supplies and pet care advice. It’s easy to navigate our web site and place an order. Here is an overview of what's on our site and how it works.
We want you to find your pet's favorite products in as few clicks as possible. You can locate products by searching or browsing.
To begin a search, type in the product name or category in the Search box at the top of any page and click "Go." You will see three tabs of search results: Products, Articles and Help. The number of results returned is indicated in parentheses on each tab. Click on the tabs to view your results. You can refine your search results by typing in an additional search term, checking the "search within results" box and searching again. You can also narrow your search results by clicking on the attributes at the top of the page, such as size, color or flavor.
You can browse the product selection through the left navigation bar. Click on a pet type, and then click on the category you would like to browse. You can click on the subcategories at the top of the page to narrow product listings.
Setting up Your Account allows you to save your information so you don't have to enter it each time you place an order. You can manage your shipping and billing information and view your online orders.
You'll also be able to take advantage of our personalized services like Shopping List and Fetch My Sales. Sign up to receive monthly newsletters with helpful pet information, pet care tips, special announcements and promotions from PETCO.com. Set up a Pet Profile and we'll even customize the information and offers you receive!
When logged in to Your Account, you can create a personal Shopping List. Click the "Add to Shopping List" button next to the product description. Then you can quickly order your favorite items from your Shopping List, or be notified through Fetch My Sales.
Never miss a sale again! With Fetch My Sales, we’ll let you know when your favorite pet products go on sale. You can choose to be notified by email or when you log in to Your Account, about items in your Shopping List or in your Order History.
For instance, if you want to stock up on your favorite brand of cat litter, you can add it to your Shopping List. Then, whenever the litter goes on sale, we'll notify you via email. As long as you keep an item in your Shopping List, we'll send you emails to tell you when you can purchase the item for less than the regular retail price. If you prefer, we'll notify you whenever you log into your PETCO.com account. You also have the option to be notified when items from your Order History go on sale, so you can repurchase the item.
When logged in to Your Account, select the checkboxes to set your Fetch My Sales notification preferences and click "Update."
