PETCO Foundation Presents: "We Are Family Too" Fund
- Has your shelter seen an increase in surrendered animals due to the rise in foreclosures and evictions?
- Does your organization have a program that helps families in your community stay together with their companion animals during these hard economic times?
- Would funding from the PETCO Foundation help these programs achieve greater success?
The PETCO Foundation is endeavoring to fund local programs that address the looming difficult financial climate with our "We Are Family Too" fund.
To apply for assistance The PETCO Foundation enlists the use of an online grant submission program. Please follow this link:
Apply for Support through the PETCO Foundation
And submit a Letter of Inquiry to the We Are Family Too Fund. This will give us a general idea of your request and give you a chance to submit the correct paperwork if you are not already a Charitable Partner of the PETCO Foundation. If your Letter of Inquiry is approved you will be given approval to submit an Application for Support to the We Are Family Too Fund.
The application review process may take up to 12 weeks. All applicants will be notified of our decision.
Programs considered for funding may include some or all of the following:
- Food Bank Programs
- Product Donations
- Veterinarian Services
- Resources for Pet Friendly Rentals
- Spay and Neuter Services
- Resources for Housing Counselors
- Short Term Foster Homes
- Assistance for Short Term Financial Support
