We, at PETCO Foundation, realize that the hard and important work has always been done by the folks out in the trenches. We partner with over 6,200 non-profit animal welfare groups to provide the monetary, tangible and educational resources that will help them continue to make a difference in the lives of the companion animals in our nation. It is because of these hard working individuals that good animals are saved and adopted out every day, that people are educated, that disabled persons are placed with animals that can help them lead more normal lives, that over-population of unwanted pets is stemmed...
In addition to financial and material resources, we provide a number of other educational resources, including:
- Adoption Options Workshops
- invitations to other relevant training seminars.
- Social networking support through Twitter, Facebook and YouTube - catering specifically to the needs of our partners
- In the future, this support will be expanded to include a rescue specific blog - answering your questions and telling your stories
