What is Fetch My Sales?
Fetch My Sales is a special service PETCO.com offers its registered users. This service is designed to help you save on the items you buy most. We'll let you know when these products go on sale so you can save!
How will I know when my items go on sale?
When you sign up for the Fetch My Sales service, you will be given the option to be notified about sales through email or to be notified about sales when you log in to Your PETCO.com Account.
How do I pick the items I want to be notified about?
When you sign up, you will be given the option to choose to be notified about the items on your Shopping List or the items in your Order History. If you choose Shopping List, you will receive sale notification only on the items you have put on your list. If you choose Order History, you will receive sale notification only on items you have previously purchased. You may choose both the Shopping List and Order History options.
For instance, if you want to stock up on your favorite brand of cat litter, you can add it to your Shopping List. Then, whenever the litter goes on sale, we'll notify you. As long as you keep an item in your Shopping List, we'll send you emails to tell you when you can purchase the item for less than the regular retail price.
How do I add an item to my Shopping List?
Browse to the product detail page of the item you wish to add to your Shopping List. Click the button to add the item.
Will these items be automatically purchased when they go on sale?
No. You will receive notification only. It is then up to you to order the item.
Can I change the items I want to be notified about?
Yes. Simply log in to Your Account and change your notification preferences or modify your Shopping List.
How do I sign up for Fetch My Sales?
It's quick and easy! Log in to Your Account to set up your Fetch My Sales preferences and create your Shopping List.
Can I cancel the Fetch My Sales service?
Yes. Just log in to Your Account and change your Fetch My Sale Preferences.
