Unfortunately, we are unable to match online prices at our stores. This is why we offer a disclaimer at the bottom of each web page stating online prices, offers and selection may vary from those of our retail stores.
We want you to be satisfied with every PETCO purchase you make. To this end, merchandise in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the purchase receipt, may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment. Customers without a receipt may exchange an item or receive merchandise credit for the value of an item returned. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. All PETCO returns are subject to the approval of management. For more information, contact your local PETCO store.
Customers can obtain a full refund for companion animal purchases provided the animal is returned within 15 days of the transaction date, along with the original receipt. Saltwater species are not eligible for refund or exchange. Customers without a receipt will be offered an exchange or merchandise credit for the return. All companion animal returns and exchanges are subject to the management approval.
