Sign in to your petco.com account to access your account information. Once signed in, you can manage your password, email address, shipping addresses, billing information and email preferences. For more information, please visit our

Sign in to your petco.com account to review your order and to check the shipment status. If you have placed your order using Guest Checkout, you can check your order status by visiting
petco.com/orderstatus. You’ll need to have your order number, the last name used in the billing address, and the shipping ZIP Code to access your order information.
Sign in to your account and select Account and Contact Information in the My Profile section. Under “PALS REWARDS” you will find a link to add or change the Pals number associated with your Petco.com account.
We process orders as quickly as possible, therefore, there is only a limited amount of time to change or cancel your order. To see if your order can be changed or canceled,
sign in to your account and select the order that you’d like to change. If the status is “Pending – Modify this Order” click on this link to change or cancel the order.
If the "Cancel Order" and "Modify This Order" links do not appear, the order is being processed at our warehouse and cannot be changed. You can return the order to any of our Petco stores, or to petco.com. Please read our
Return Policy for complete details.

Items shipped by a third party may require additional time for processing. The processing time is noted on the product detail page below the product name. Once we have been notified that your order has been shipped, we will send your tracking information and shipping details via email. If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. To calculate when you should expect to receive your order, add the item's processing time to the delivery timeframe.

Please fax your exemption certificate to 858-784-3489 along with the order number for verification. Once the order has been shipped and billed, we will process a refund of the sales tax, and you will receive an email with that amount. If you are unable to fax your exemption certificate, please contact us at the number below for assistance.

The Repeat Delivery Price is the discounted price for a particular item when you take advantage of our

When an item is offered in “assorted colors” or styles, and you are not presented with the option to make a selection, our warehouse will select an available color or style for you.
