You can pick up a set of P.A.L.S. cards and an application at any
local PETCO store. Simply fill out the application and leave it with the cashier.
At this time, we are not able to send out P.A.L.S. replacement cards with the same account number. However, we are able to replace your card with a new one and link it to your exisiting P.A.L.S. card. Simply pick up a new set of cards from a PETCO store associate the next time you stop by your
local store. Then just call us toll-free at 888-824-7257 with your new and old card numbers (if you have both), along with your name, current address and phone number you would like on file for both cards. The card numbers will be linked together in a "household account" where a record of all purchases will be stored.
You are welcome to make any changes and/or updates to your P.A.L.S. account
online. Simply enter your P.A.L.S. number and identifying information to access your P.A.L.S. profile. You may also call PETCO Customer Relations toll free at 888-824-7257 and an agent will be happy to assist you. If you do not know your P.A.L.S. number or are a new P.A.L.S. member, please feel free to call 888-824-7257 and select option 3 to speak with a Customer Relations Representative or to leave a detailed message with your account update.
If your P.A.L.S. card does not get scanned at the register when you make a purchase, we can still credit your account. We will need a copy of the receipt with your P.A.L.S. account number and name written on the top of the receipt. Receipts can be faxed to 858-784-3489. If you do not have access to a fax machine, your local PETCO store can fax it to us on your behalf. Your receipt can also be mailed to PETCO Customer Relations, 9125 Rehco Road, San Diego, CA, 92121.
One key feature of the "Buy 10, Get 1 Free" program is that all 10 bags of food must be purchased within a 12-month period. After 12 months, the first bag purchased drops off from your count, and the second bag purchased becomes the new "effective" purchase date for the program. You then have a year from the "purchase by" date to buy 9 additional bags of the same size, same brand food.
The participating brands of premium food in the P.A.L.S. Buy 10 Program are: Bil Jac, Breeder's Choice Avo-Derm/Diet, Castor and Pollux, Diamond or Nutra Nuggets, Eukanuba, Hill's Science Diet, Iams, Natural Balance, Natural Blend, Nature's Recipe, Neura, Nutro, Pet Gold, Pet Promise, Pro Plan, Royal Canin, Sensible Choice, Solid Gold, Vitarx, Well Pet and Wysong.
If your Free Food or Free Groom status is not showing on your receipt, it could be that your personal information is not linked with your P.A.L.S. account. Please
log in to update your P.A.L.S. account. Once your account is updated, it will take a couple of weeks for our system to update to display your Buy 10/Buy 8 Status. All of the purchases you have made with your P.A.L.S. card have been credited to your card number. If your Free Food or Free Groom status reflected on your receipt doesn't include the purchase you just made, please note that your P.A.L.S. status for our Buy 10 and Buy 8 programs is updated every 10 business days.
