Customers can obtain a full refund for companion animal purchases provided the animal is returned within 15 days of the transaction date, along with the original receipt. Saltwater species are not eligible for refund or exchange. Customers without a receipt will be offered an exchange or a credit for the return. All companion animal returns and exchanges are subject to the management approval.
