Read these Directions before using the Flexi Tie Out and save these instructions for future reference.
To attach leash: Choose a strong structure like a wall or a sturdy fence to which to attach the Tie Out. Attach the Tie Out at a height just above the dog's shoulder. Be sure the collar is strong enough to withstand the tension of the Tie Out and a sudden stopping of the wire. Attach the snap hook to your dog's collar. Make sure that nobody is within reach of the dog.
Repair: Do not attempt to repair the Flexi Tie Out (see limited warranty). Do not open the Tie Out case. The Flexi Tie Out contains a loaded spring that can cause injury if opened. Opening the housing will void the warranty.
The Flexi Tie Out should only be used under the supervision of a responsible adult.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. In the event of a defect, either return the leash to the place of purchase or send it with receipt to Flexi USA, 147 Circle Freeway Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246. This warranty will not apply to broken, damaged, or frayed wires caused by dog chewing, rough surfaces, or other misuse.
