Ordering Options
After you have configured your aquarium, you have two ordering options:
- Print the order summary and bring it to your local Petco to place your order for pickup in store.
- Add the items to your Shopping Cart and complete your order online for delivery to the address of your choice.
In-Store Ordering
You can print your order summary (the Aquarium Details page) to place and pick up your order in store. Bring the printout to any Petco store and give it to a store associate.
An associate will help you complete the EZ Order Form and explain the ordering process. You'll be required to sign the form and pre-pay by one of the methods the store accepts.
It will take 4 – 6 weeks from the date you place your order for it to arrive in the store. The store will call you when the product has arrived. You will have seven days from the date you are notified to pick up your order.
If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact the store directly.
When you pick up your order, you will inspect the merchandise with a Petco associate. Your signature on the EZ Order Form will indicate you are satisfied with its condition.
Online Ordering
If you choose to check out online, items that are part of Build Your Own Aquarium will be added to your Petco.com Shopping Cart.
Some items that are part of your configuration may be delivered by petco.com. These items are typically shipped within 1-5 days, and will be shown in a separate section of your Shopping Cart. You will be billed separately for these items, and will receive a confirmation email when items have shipped.
Tanks and stands are shipped from a third party via White Glove Delivery Service.
You can pay by any of the methods accepted on petco.com: credit card, Bill Me Later, Google Checkout, PayPal, Gift Cards and Gift Certificates. Promotion Codes are not valid for White Glove Delivery Service orders.

White Glove Delivery Service
We partner with a professional shipping company for white glove deliveries.
Our carrier will contact you after placing your order to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You will be given a four-hour delivery window.
You must be home to receive your order and will be required to sign for it. Your signature will indicate you have received the delivery and are satisfied with its condition.
Uniformed delivery people will unload your aquarium and carry it inside (up to two flights of stairs). They will place the aquarium and canopy/hood in the room of your choice. Service includes delivery, placement, unpacking, and debris removal. The area where you would like your aquarium placed must be cleared and the space must be ready.
Delivery is available only to physical addresses within the Continental United States. Sorry, delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/P.O. Boxes, the U.S. Territories or international locations.

Our Return Policy
In-Store Pickup:
Returns are accepted for any reason within seven days of when you pick up the product at the store. You will receive a refund in full if you return all items intact.
If you find an item is damaged or defective, please contact the Petco store at which you placed your order.
If you do not pick up your merchandise within seven days after being contacted, your form of payment will be refunded in full when you return to the store.
White Glove Delivery Service:
You must be home to receive your order and will be required to sign for it. Your signature indicates you have received the delivery and are satisfied with its condition. As such, there are no returns on white glove delivery service orders.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time of delivery, you may request an immediate return. Petco Customer Relations will be notified by the carrier, and will contact you regarding your return.
