A New Beginning for Pets in Need
Each year, in celebration of the season of hope and renewal, we launch our Spring A Pet fundraiser to help give pets in need a new beginning.
Our Spring A Pet fundraiser focuses on Pet Adoptions. We encourage our PETCO stores to use this fundraiser as an opportunity to partner with the animal welfare groups doing adoptions in their stores to help raise needed funds to continue the life saving mission of finding forever homes for the growing number of pet orphans.
Each PETCO store selects a local animal welfare partner to be the recipient of the majority of the funds raised at their location. A portion of the funds raised also go to assist other regional animal welfare partners that apply for support through the PETCO Foundation.
Spring A Pet gives animal lovers shopping at PETCO stores the opportunity to donate to animal welfare organizations across the nation , by purchasing special donation cards of varying denominations at their local PETCO location or donating online. Donations of $20 or more will qualify for a free PETCO Foundation "Seed of Hope" reusable shopping bag, giving customers the opportunity to help pets and the environment. Available in all stores and online while supplies last.
Pedigree dog food has generously added to this year's Spring A Pet campaign by donating $1 for each purchase of $25 of Pedigree products throughout the fundraising period.
