Rules and Restrictions:
- You must be a PETCO P.A.L.S. member to participate.
- You must present your PETCO P.A.L.S. card for each groom or bath purchased to automatically get credit toward your FREE groom.
- 8 Full-service Grooms, Full-service Baths or Self-service Dog Washes must be purchased within 12 months of the first one purchased (made on or after Jan 1, 2004) to qualify for the FREE one.
- No receipts are necessary.
- FREE Full-service Groom, Full-service Bath or Self-service Dog Wash will be awarded approximately 3 to 4 weeks after your 8th purchase in the form of a mailed coupon, redeemable at any PETCO Grooming Salon.
- Customer is responsible for notifying PETCO of any changes in address.
- Refunded grooming purchases will be deducted from those specific purchases applied to your P.A.L.S. card.
- FREE Full-service Groom, Full-service Bath or Self-service Dog Wash coupons are valid for one year from date of issue and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
- FREE Full-service Groom, Full-service Bath or Self-service Dog Wash coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Self-service Dog Wash and Mobile Dog Grooming purchases do not count toward Full-service Grooming or Full-service Bath purchase.
- FREE Full-service Groom, Full-service Bath or Self-service Dog Wash does not count toward 8 Full-service Groom, Full-service Bath or Self-service Dog Wash purchases.
- Buy 8 Self-service Dog Wash, Get 1 FREE Program is available only in stores that offer Self-service Dog Wash. If Grooming Salon does not offer this service, offer is valid only on Full-service Grooming or Full-service Baths.
- PETCO reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue this program at any time.
- Customers who forget to use their P.A.L.S. card when paying for their groom can call PETCO customer satisfaction. They will be asked to mail or fax their receipt, name, address, daytime phone and P.A.L.S. number to customer satisfaction.
- FREE Groom program available on in-store purchases only, it is not available as an online purchase.
