Making Changes to Your Bottomless Bowl
Adding Items
To add items to your existing Bottomless Bowl, browse to the product and select the quantity of each item you wish to add. Click the
button.
Once logged in, you will see a list of your existing Bowls on the right side of the next page. Click the button below the appropriate Bowl. Proceed to Checkout.
You will receive an email confirming the addition to your Bowl, to take effect with your next shipment.
Adding One-Time Items
You can also add one-time items like a carrier, collar or litter box to your next Bottomless Bowl shipment to save on shipping!
To ship an item with your next Bowl order, browse to the product and Add to Cart. During Checkout, we'll ask if you'd like to ship the order now, or ship with your Bowl. If you select the
option, we will include the item when we ship your Bowl.
You will receive a confirmation email noting the "Single Shipment Only" items.
Removing Items
To remove items from your Bowl, log in to
Your Account. In the "Bottomless Bowl Information" section, click "Change" next to the appropriate Bowl, or click the "View all Bottomless Bowls" link. On the Modify Bowl page, check the "Delete" box next to the items you wish to remove. Click the "Update" button to save changes.
You will receive a confirmation email noting the changes.
Changing Quantities, Delivery Dates and Intervals
Log in to
Your Account. In the "Bottomless Bowl Information" section, click "Change" next to the appropriate Bowl, or click the "View all Bottomless Bowls" link.
To change quantities, enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity" box next to the items you wish to modify. To change delivery dates and shipping intervals of your Bowl, modify the dropdown menus in the Delivery Status section at the bottom of the page.
Click the "Update" button to save changes.
We'll even send you an email to remind you when your delivery is on its way.
